Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)
All domestic orders over $49 will receive free ground shipping. A $5.99 delivery fee will be applied to orders under $49.
Our warehouse processes online orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day. Please note that our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday, so any orders placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the following Monday.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track your package.
Due to the unexpected increase in online orders, shipments placed on or after Wednesday, March 11th may experience delivery delays or may be partially fulfilled as we are waiting for additional inventory from our suppliers. We do not foresee any long-term product shortages, so there is no need to stock up more than you usually do, but we just need a little extra time for our warehouse team to get your order out.
Return and Exchange Policy
Food and treat purchases are guaranteed 90 days from the online or in-store purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of opened supplements. Any new, unopened and unused items in their original packaging will be accepted for a return or exchange within 30 days from purchase and refunded in the same form as your original payment. In-store items returned after 30 days but within 60 days will be issued a store credit. In-store cash returns exceeding $100 will be issued as a check and mailed within 5-7 business days.
Online purchases can be returned at one of our Healthy Spot locations or shipped to our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
