Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)
All domestic orders over $49 will receive free ground shipping. A $5.99 delivery fee will be applied to orders under $49. The purchase of online gift cards do not apply to the free shipping minimum.
Our warehouse processes online orders Monday through Saturday. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 2pm Pacific Time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed Saturday after 12pm Pacific Time will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday as our warehouse is closed on Sunday.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track your package.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return and Exchange Policy
Food and treats guaranteed up to 90 days from the original date of purchase. No returns on open supplements, sale items or custom orders. All other items may be returned if unused and in resellable condition. Healthy Spot will issue a full refund if the item is returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days of the original purchase date may be returned for store credit only. Any cash return exceeding $100 will be issued as a check and mailed within 5-7 business days.
Online purchases can be returned at one of our Healthy Spot locations or shipped to our warehouse.

Your return must include the original order number written on the outside of your return package. Please make sure this order number is written somewhere easy to locate on your return package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your banking institution, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method(s) in 5-7 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
