A Message from our Founder
Hello,
I am Mark Boonnark, founder of Healthy Spot. I started the company in 2008 in response to the 2007 pet food recalls. Around that time, I had lost my pup, Biscuit, to cancer after feeding him big brand foods his whole life, unaware of the potential dangers of the ingredients and manufacturing practices of these brands. Determined to create a better way to select the right pet food, I started Healthy Spot to help other pet parents find the highest quality products and services without the need to do hours of research. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing happy and healthy pets benefitting from their new raw food or getting a proper groom. At Healthy Spot, we never want to stop learning or growing, so you will frequently find me in stores talking to customers and learning about the health and wellness needs of their pets.
