Healthy Spot Is Coming To Hancock Park

Healthy Spot is coming to the land of style and class – Hancock Park! Known as one of Los Angeles’ best upscale neighborhoods, its lavish shopping, dining, entertainment, and fitness locations compare to no other. Healthy Spot extends this lifestyle to pets, from our first-class customer service to our award-winning Grooming Salon. We're excited to bring our exceptional services to this new community - you can expect to see Healthy Spot in Hancock Park later this year.

As Healthy Spot continues to expand in the greater Los Angeles area, it seems like a natural fit to choose Hancock Park as our 12th location. As co-founder Mark Boonnark describes, “We’ve really solidified our presence on the coast and along the Westside of L.A., and we really wanted to continue our exposure east. [We’re] marching our footprint east so that we can serve the [pet] communities further inland.” Being in Hancock Park gives us the opportunity to reach out to other neighboring districts, such as Larchmont Village, Hollywood, La Brea, Melrose, Fairfax, and the Miracle Mile. We love that these areas are dog-friendly and attract people that are dedicated to providing the best for their pets.

Hancock Park is one of Los Angeles’ most walkable neighborhoods. With so many pups actively hitting its pavements, it’s a perfect chance to meet and connect with locals on a more personal level. This store will be the first to offer a large outdoor space, perfect for lounging and for holding events. As co-founder Andrew Kim explains, “We really want to engrain ourselves in the community.  We feel [Hancock Park] is underserved and [being] such a historic community, we want to bring different events and socials. We are thinking of doing community food trucks and events on the patio, so it’ll be unique in the sense that it gives us a stage to set a community presence.” We aspire to become a location where local pet owners can come together and bond with others in their community.
